Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or returns due to the custom nature of our products, except in cases where the item is damaged upon arrival.
Upon delivery, the recipient must sign a waiver confirming that the item has arrived in good condition. If damage is noted, the delivery crew will document the issue, and we will arrange for the damaged item to be collected at a scheduled time.
Once retrieved, we will provide a one-time replacement within the standard order intake timeframe. The replacement will follow the same lead time and production process as the original purchase. For quality control, the replacement will be marked with an internal note referencing the damage (damaged on arrival) to prevent recurrence.
While we take every measure to ensure successful delivery, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occur. If the replacement item also arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund and arrange for the damaged item to be returned.
Cancellation Policy
As our products are bespoke and custom-made, we offer a 48-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order. After this period, cancellations are not possible, as production will have already begun. Once an order is placed, it moves through a series of steps, starting with our internal office operation, then to the manufacturer, and finally to our artisans who select raw materials specifically for your order, based on the current production schedule and volume.
We highly recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel, and we will do our best to accommodate your request within the allowed time frame.
