02. Choose Your Sample: Full or Partial

At Teakal, we understand the importance of experiencing craftsmanship before finalizing a custom piece. We offer two sample options to match your needs:

✓ Full-Size Sample – A complete replica of your design, crafted to exact dimensions. Pricing varies based on size and complexity.

✓ Partial Sample – A smaller section (e.g., a corner, finish, or material combination) to showcase craftsmanship and quality. Typically lower in cost than a full-size sample.

📌 Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide a quote based on your selection. Upon approval and payment, our artisans will begin crafting your sample.

03. Review & Confirm Your Sample

✓ Review: Within 3-4 weeks, you will receive high-resolution images for evaluation. This stage allows you to assess the craftsmanship, materials, and design details before committing to final production.

✓ Confirm: Alongside your sample review, you’ll receive a quote for the full-size final product. As a benefit, 20% of your sample payment will be credited toward the final order.

04. Final Production & Shipping Details

Once your order is confirmed, final production begins. Standard production time is 9-10 weeks.

📦 Key Shipping Notes:

  • If your request is placed within the last three weeks of an order intake period, production may extend beyond the current deadline. In this case, your final piece will be included in the next scheduled shipment.
  • If you require expedited delivery, we will explore solutions to meet your timeline. Additional fees may apply.
