All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Your item goes through multiple phases. Once it has been crafted and passed quality control at the shop, it is carefully loaded onto the appropriate cargo and shipped to the U.S. distribution hub. At this stage, you will receive an email update regarding your delivery ETA. You may also contact us at any time for detailed information about your order’s status.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. box addresses. Shipments are only processed on business days (Monday-Friday). Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after reaching the military post office. Same-day delivery is not available, as all of our products are carefully handcrafted by experienced artisans who hand-select the finest raw materials for each piece. This intricate process takes time, with a typical lead time from order to delivery of approximately six months.

While we offer white glove service to all our U.S. clients, this may not apply to international orders. However, in select countries with a more flexible logistics network, we may be able to arrange doorstep delivery. If available, this information will be provided directly to the client after purchase if the order is accepted immediately. If an order is marked as ‘Processing’ rather than ‘Confirmed,’ it means we are verifying the order internally. In this case, we will provide details on the delivery process and clarify the furthest point we can ship to ensure full transparency. In some cases, an order may initially be marked as ‘Confirmed’ while still undergoing internal verification. If this occurs, our team will follow up with the client in the same manner as we do for ‘Processing’ status orders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Shipping & Delivery We deliver across the U.S. and offer international shipping. Shipping timelines vary based on destination and will be estimated at checkout. Throughout the logistics process, buyers will receive email notifications at the address provided at the time of purchase. These updates will include shipment progress and any unforeseen delays caused by factors such as cargo disruptions or logistical issues. While we strive for timely delivery, Teak’al is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or third-party carriers. In the rare event that a shipment is affected by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, logistical failures), we will prioritize your order in the next available shipping schedule, ensuring that you receive your purchased item. Should the second shipping attempt also face extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, we will proceed with a full refund to ensure a fair resolution.

WARRANTY & LIABILITY

Warranty & Liability Our furniture is handcrafted from premium Grade-A teak and built for durability. We offer a 12-month limited warranty covering structural defects in materials and craftsmanship from the date of delivery. Warranty Coverage Includes: Structural integrity issues resulting from manufacturing defects. Faults in craftsmanship that compromise the item’s functionality. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or color. Normal wear and tear, including minor surface scratches, fading, or weathering due to environmental exposure. Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, modifications, or neglect. Warranty Claim & Replacement Process: Customers must submit a claim within the 12-month warranty period, including proof of purchase and supporting photos/videos. If the claim is approved, Teak’al will provide a one-time replacement, following the same process as a damaged-on-arrival claim. The replacement item will undergo strict quality control before shipment. Once delivered, it will not be covered by a new warranty. Teak’al is not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the replacement of the defective item.
